I am not someone who grew up in one industry, one role, or one way of thinking.

Over the years, I have worked across engineering-heavy environments, corporate training, NGOs, and transformation roles, often alongside people who were simply trying to do good work in a world that kept changing faster than expected. I have worked with frontline staff, managers, senior professionals, and leaders who carried responsibility quietly, without fuss, but with real weight.

What I have seen repeatedly is this:
most professionals are not afraid of technology itself.
They are unsettled by what it does to how they think, decide, and see their own relevance.

AI has brought this tension to the surface.

Generative AI is not just another tool to learn. It subtly challenges identity, confidence, authority, and long-held ways of working. For experienced professionals, this can feel disorienting, even when they are outwardly successful.

My work today sits at that intersection:
work, technology, psychology, and meaning.

I believe deeply that experienced professionals are not becoming obsolete. In fact, when paired with tools like Generative AI in the right way, their judgment, pattern recognition, and lived wisdom become more valuable than ever. What is required is not speed or hype, but a new thinking paradigm, one that allows humans and AI to work in symbiosis rather than competition.

In my training, I create spaces where people can slow down, ask honest questions, and rebuild clarity without embarrassment or pressure. We talk about what AI is really doing, what it is not doing, and where human responsibility still firmly sits. We explore how to use AI as a thinking partner rather than something to fear, worship, or blindly follow.

I have also trained educators and teachers on how to apply Generative AI for teaching, including practical ways to enhance an educator’s workflow without compromising professional integrity, student trust, or learning quality.

I am especially passionate about short, one-on-one sessions that help professionals use AI in their real work: writing, planning, analysis, decision support, communication, and building repeatable workflows that save time while raising quality.

Sofeia Consulting was born from this belief:
